Henyai20 Terms & Conditions of Platform Use
This document sets out the terms and conditions governing the use of the henyai20 platform by all users in Malaysia. Please read it carefully before registering or using any of our services.
Effective date: 1 January 2026. These terms are subject to change from time to time.
Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering for, or using the henyai20 platform, you agree to be bound by all the terms and conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use henyai20's services.
These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you as the user and henyai20 as the platform operator. Continued use of the platform following any amendment to these terms constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. Users under the age of 18 are not permitted to register for or use this platform under any circumstances.
Account Creation & Security Responsibilities
- Each user is permitted to hold only one active account. Multiple registrations are strictly prohibited.
- All information provided during registration must be truthful, accurate, and current. henyai20 reserves the right to request identity verification at any time.
- Accounts may not be transferred, sold, or shared with any other party.
- Users are fully responsible for all activities that occur under their account.
- Users must keep their password confidential and must not share their login credentials with anyone.
- Henyai20 will never ask for your password via email, message, or any channel outside the platform.
- If you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation, contact our customer support team immediately at [email protected].
- Use a strong, unique password. We recommend combining letters, numbers, and symbols.
User Responsibilities and Platform Usage Rules
Users agree to use the henyai20 platform solely for lawful entertainment and betting purposes. Any use of the platform for illegal activities, fraud, money laundering, or other malicious purposes is strictly prohibited and may result in account termination and legal action.
Users are prohibited from using automated software, bots, scripts, or any technology that attempts to exploit the platform's systems. Users must also refrain from distributing obscene, offensive, threatening, or unlawful content through any of the platform's communication channels.
Henyai20 reserves the right to investigate any activity suspected of violating these terms and to take appropriate action, including suspending or terminating accounts, withholding balances linked to fraudulent activity, and reporting to the relevant authorities.
Users must ensure that use of this platform is lawful in their location. henyai20 is not responsible for any legal issues arising from use of the platform outside permitted jurisdictions.
Payments, Transactions & Financial Policy
All transactions on the henyai20 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Users are responsible for ensuring that funds used for deposits come from legitimate sources and are their own.
Deposits are processed instantly for most payment methods, including TNG eWallet and FPX. Processing times for direct bank transfers depend on the operating hours of the respective bank. henyai20 is not liable for delays caused by third-party financial institutions.
Withdrawals can only be processed to an account or digital wallet registered under the same user's name. henyai20 reserves the right to request additional verification before processing withdrawals that exceed certain limits as a security measure.
In the event of a technical error resulting in incorrect credit, henyai20 reserves the right to void the transaction and restore the account balance to its correct amount. Users are not entitled to any gains arising from such technical errors.

Liability Limitations, Intellectual Property & Account Policy
Liability Limitations
Henyai20 is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses suffered by users arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including betting losses, service interruptions, or data loss. Use of the platform is entirely at the user's own risk.
Intellectual Property
All content, designs, logos, software, text, and materials on the henyai20 platform are the exclusive property of henyai20 and are protected under applicable intellectual property laws. Users may not copy, distribute, modify, or use any platform content without prior written permission.
Account Suspension & Closure
Henyai20 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account at any time without prior notice if there is a breach of terms, suspected fraudulent activity, or upon request by a legitimate authority. Users whose accounts are closed due to a breach are not entitled to a refund of deposits associated with that activity.
Third-Party Links
The henyai20 platform may contain links or references to third-party services. henyai20 has no control over the content or policies of those third-party sites and accepts no responsibility for any consequences arising from their use.
Changes to Terms & Governing Law
Henyai20 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these terms and conditions at any time at our sole discretion. Users will be notified of any material changes via a notice on the platform or to their registered email address. Continued use of the platform after such notice constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
It is the user's responsibility to review this page periodically to stay up to date with the latest version of these terms. The effective date shown at the top of this document reflects the version currently in force.
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising in connection with these terms or the use of the henyai20 platform shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of the relevant courts in Malaysia.
If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. henyai20's failure to enforce any right under these terms shall not be construed as a waiver of that right.
